6 One day the members of the heavenly court came to present themselves before the LORD, and the Accuser, Satan, came with them. 7 “Where have you come from?” the LORD asked Satan. Satan answered the LORD, “I have been patrolling the earth, watching everything that’s going on.” Job 1:6-7
Background
Ask yourself this question, “How do I like living on a planet that is controlled by Satan?” Satan wanted to be the god of Heaven, and even tried to overthrow the kingdom with angels that had pledged allegiance to him.
But Satan was ultimately thrown out of Heaven, and fell to the ground like lightning! God said to him, since he wanted to be god, the Lord made him god of this lowly planet.
As long as we are here (you and I), on stationed on planet Earth, it is Satan’s mission to accuse us, to deceive us, to kill us, to destroy us, and try to get us to sin (fall) by any means necessary. With that said, it becomes very important for you to learn about the schemes and methods Satan uses to try to accomplish his mission against us.
In this lesson you will uncover a host of schemes and methods Satan and his demons use to come against you. With this knowledge you’ll learn how to resist him now having the ability to recognize his attacks before they come against you.
