Barrye Harmon Ministries, LLC offer returns for most items purchased within 20 days of receipt of delivery. Most items sold follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. To check the return window for an item you have ordered, go to My Account to find your purchase date or check date of delivery invoice.
For all items the return window is 20 days after delivery.
Gift Returns: The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it was returned.
Requirements for a Full Refund
Printed materials, such as books, cannot be damaged, i.e. soiled, torn, or stained. If damaged during shipping a replacement will be given. All unopened items can receive a full refund.
Items must be in new condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
CDs, DVD Teachings, Sermons, Audio Teachings, Movies, and Music must be unopened and in the original packaging. Items that have been opened i.e.; shrink-wrap or seal has been broken are non-refundable.
Bible Study Courses
For the return of opened Bible Study Courses a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. All courses must not have been marked in, soiled, tears, water damage, and must still be in new condition. All courses must be returned within 20 days.
Items That Can’t Be Returned or Refunded
Items cannot be returned for any of the following reasons:
If product is missing the serial number or UPC barcode
Downloadable products (courses, lessons, books, mp3s, coursework, files, & music)
Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
Online Courses once accessed cannot be refunded
*Gift cards (except as required by law)
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and the items payment method.

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Note: Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
Late Refunds:You can check the status of your refund in your Account on the order’s summary page.
- If your refund doesn’t appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.
- Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
